Little girl's birthday

As my friends little girl is about to turn 3,
I knew this would be a great image to use on her card -
from Lemon Shortbread, she is called "fairy flower scent."

She was a delight to colour with my promarkers.
I popped her on a diecut stitched shape, made a little ribbon shaped sentiment,
and diecut the number 3 (mirri card) and her name.
The little penant on the top right hand side is also a diecut.
The backing paper came from a freebie paper pack. from Pink Petticoat (no longer trading).

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

With love

At Patties Creations this month,
the challenge is "love is in the air".
I have been hankering after this image for a while... 'heart candy box.'

After printing it off, I used my alcohol pens to colour it
then stamped and cut out a label
attached to a small length of bakers twine.
I backed the image onto a piece of pink petticoat paper,
which came free with a magazine a long time ago.
I embossed a single line around the paper to finish it off.

Elephant love

The challenge at the Colour Crazy Challenge blog this week, is -as always - "anything goes"...

I got a totally gorgeous image this time, from Bugaboo - called, "elephant love."
It's a perfect image for valentines, which is just around the corner...
although this time, I made a congratulations card
and thought I could use it for an engagement card.

The flowers are paper flowers - from Docrafts, I think.
The darkest flower was punched.
Pink Petticoat (no longer trading) is the source for my sentiment.
The heart paper is from a lawn fawn paper pack,
while the roses paper came in a freebie paper pack,
with a magazine, quite some time ago!
I inked the edges of everything on this card...sometimes using brown, sometimes pink.
The border has been punched, and the butterflies, too.
I used promarkers and spectrum noirs to colour my image.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
