Vintage camera

Twinkle lane designs  are our sponsor this week,
I got this amazing image - perfect for my Dad!
It's called "Vintage Camera."

I looked up some old cameras on the www and coloured this one with the
same kind of colours (with my alcohol pens).
I added a camera film diecut - which I have had for years.
A few different papers and an embossed card with stars on, sit in the background -
which I inked around the edges.
The "smile!" sentiment also comes with the image. I cut this freehand, to look like
an old camera flash.
I used a die for the happy birthday sentiment...a bargain which I
bought in The Works - and cut in half.
A couple of punched gold stars finished this card.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

Watercooler wednesday - masculine - 25 Feb
Through the craft room door - atg - 26 Feb
A place to start - masculine - 1 March
Jan's digi stamps - atg - 16 March

Hi Vic, what a terrific birthday card! I love the layers of die-cuts. That vintage camera is perfect for centre stage and the "smile" camera flash really adds to the background (great job freehanding it!) It takes a while to fully appreciate all the wonderful background details, but it's well worth it. A great card! Thanks so much for sharing with us for our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.

A great masculine card. I remember when cameras looked like that - and they were much heavier than the ones you buy nowadays. Thank you for joining in the Anything Goes Challenge at Incy Wincy Designs.
